SHE WAS AN ’80S HEARTTHROB: SEE HER STUNNING TRANSFORMATION TODAY

Following her role in “Crocodile Dundee,” Linda Kozlowski gained international recognition. Co-starring alongside Paul Hogan, the film marked a significant turning point in her career. However, after the “Dundee” series and a few other appearances, Kozlowski gradually stepped away from the Hollywood limelight.

Born on January 7, 1958, in Fairfield, Connecticut, Linda Kozlowski pursued her passion for acting by enrolling in the renowned theater program at the Juilliard School. Following her graduation in 1981, she embarked on her acting journey, making her debut in various off-Broadway productions. She later transitioned to minor roles on Broadway and television, including a notable appearance in the television movie “Death of a Salesman,” where she shared the screen with Dustin Hoffman.

Linda’s path to stardom was not without its obstacles. Following her role in “Death of a Salesman,” she relocated to California, where she worked as a waitress. During this period, her mentor Dustin Hoffman and his wife graciously extended an invitation for her to stay at their Malibu beach house. It was from this supportive environment that Linda ventured into an audition that would ultimately redefine her career.

Dustin Hoffman recommended Linda for the role of Sue Charlton in “Crocodile Dundee,” and she successfully landed the part. The film’s monumental success, grossing over $320 million on a $10 million budget, catapulted Linda Kozlowski to stardom virtually overnight. Interestingly, her fame first surged in Australia, where the film was released earlier and became an instant hit.

Despite her newfound stardom, Linda felt she wasn’t receiving the attention she deserved in Hollywood. While she continued to act in the “Crocodile Dundee” sequels, she turned down numerous offers for roles that would typecast her as the girlfriend of a comic actor. Eventually, Linda made the decision to step away from acting altogether after the third “Dundee” film.

In her personal life, Linda Kozlowski found love with her co-star Paul Hogan during the “Crocodile Dundee” series. They tied the knot in 1990 and welcomed a son named Chance in 1998. However, their marriage came to an end in 2014.

Following her divorce from Paul Hogan, Linda Kozlowski embraced a new chapter of life on her own terms. With a substantial settlement in hand, she decided to redirect her focus. Her attention shifted to Morocco, where she crossed paths with Moulay Hafid Baba, a native tour guide. Their connection was immediate, sparking a profound shift in her life’s trajectory.

Together, Linda and Moulay Hafid Baba embarked on a new venture, establishing the luxury travel agency Dream My Destiny in Marrakech. Through their agency, they craft bespoke travel experiences tailored to their clients’ desires and preferences. Linda’s life had undergone a remarkable transition from the glitz and glamour of Hollywood to the enchanting landscapes and vibrant culture of Morocco.

Absolutely, Linda Kozlowski’s legacy as Sue Charlton in “Crocodile Dundee” continues to endure. At 63, she’s fully immersed in her adventurous life in Morocco. Preferring real-life adventures over scripted ones, Linda’s dedication to the travel industry allows her to channel her intuition, honed from her acting career, into crafting unforgettable experiences for others. This transition beyond the silver screen has enriched her journey, showcasing her adaptability and passion for new horizons.
