Mia, a 14-year-old girl, wakes up from a coma with no memory and is soon taken home by a woman claiming to be her mother. While shopping, Mia sees her own “missing” photo on a milk carton, prompting her to question her identity and situation.
Mia wakes up in a hospital, unable to recall her past. A woman named Laura claims to be her mother and quickly takes her home. Mia feels uneasy in her new environment and notices discrepancies, like her childhood room looking too young for her age. During a supermarket visit, Mia sees a milk carton with her photo labeled “MISSING.”
Suspicious, Mia secretly calls the number on the carton and learns she was kidnapped. When Laura catches her, she locks Mia in the basement. Mia discovers Laura is mentally ill and believes Mia is her deceased daughter. Mia eventually escapes with the help of the police, reuniting with her real parents who had been searching for her.
